Thousand Hills Cattle Company

Todd Churchhill is buying organic and grassfed finished cattle as well as calves for his sucessful branded beef program based in Mplse/St. Paul area. Call for current pay prices.

Requirements are found on his website. Producers need to be certified by the Midwest Food Alliance. Only accepts British genetics in his program. Cattle generally are purchased from the Midwest.

Montana Organic Producer Co-op is a collaborative marketing cooperative for qualifying organic producers of agricultural products. Focus is currently on certified organic grassfed beef, but will soon expand into lamb and other meat proteins as supplies and opportunities grow. Grain marketing will follow with an organic grain marketing division. MOPC is affiliated with a network of other farmer marketing cooperatives and OFARM to share information, contacts, pricing, and to develop marketing opportunities for member producers. MOPC's purpose is threefold: 1) to find markets for members' products and negotiate fair, stable, consistent pricing; 2) to act as an information source for member producers, and to provide grading and yield data back to producers so they can better manage their crops and herds; 3) to speak for organic farmers' interests in legislative matters and with the NOP, and in other instances as warranted.

Western Grasslands is a grass-fed and organic beef marketing company who helps ranchers and producers market their quality all natural and organic grass-fed cattle in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Nevada. Our mission and goals are to bring the producers the maximum premium return on the high quality product they are producing.
